What is the environment like at the Ibogaine retreat?

Our program was created as an intimate, home-like environment, carefully held so that each person can arrive without performance and without fear. You will stay in a private room within our Posada-style home. Guests have access to shared spaces, the garden, a pool, and a solar-heated jacuzzi overlooking the mountains of Tepoztlán. We intentionally host small groups (a maximum of 7 participants) just 1 time per month to ensure highly attentive, individualized care.

What is included in the 7-Day Retreat?

The standard retreat runs from Monday to Monday and includes:

- A flood dose ibogaine experience (lasting approximately 36 hours) with continuous medical monitoring.
- Days dedicated to rest and recovery.
- A booster ibogaine dose designed for deeper integration and prolonged neurological benefit.
- Daily therapeutic integration support, which includes individual and group therapy, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, and more.
- Healing modalities such as Janzu water therapy, massage, art therapy, and a traditional Temazcal (sweat lodge) ceremony.

What medical tests are required before being approved for treatment?

Because ibogaine affects the cardiovascular and nervous systems, comprehensive medical clearance is mandatory. Before final confirmation, we require the following medical tests completed within three months of your retreat:

- Blood pressure reading
- EKG (including graph)
- Complete Blood Count (CBC)
- Basic Metabolic Panel
- General urine test
- Liver function test

If you are over 60 or have specific medical conditions, additional testing (such as a stress test) may be required.

Mood Disorders / PTSD / TBI: 7,500 USD

Addiction Interruption: 8,500 USD – 13,500 USD (The higher range accounts for cases requiring early arrival and medically supported detox).

If longer medically supported detoxes are needed, we offer a program of up to 21 days - costs TBD.
